Two students from the Fleetwood High School are participating the Reading Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program this fall. Kayln Hess, a junior and president of the Fleetwood Future Business Leaders of America and Jessica Russo, a senior business education student and FBLA member, were selected to participate based on their leadership skills.

This is only the second year that the Reading Toastmasters are running this successful program. The purpose of the program is to assist high school students in building their communication and leadership skills so that they may become tomorrow’s leaders in business, industry and the community. This leadership program consists of an eight-week session held on the campus of Alvernia University. While in attendance at the sessions, members work on leadership and public speaking skills.
