Kutztown musician performs at PMEA District 10 Orchestra Festival

Amanda Miller, daughter of Duane and Louise Miller, has been selected to represent Kutztown at the 2013 P.M.E.A. District 10 Orchestra Festival.

The festival will be Jan. 9-12 at Daniel Boone High School and will feature the finest high school musicians from Pike, Monroe, Carbon, Schuylkill, Northampton, Lehigh, and Berks counties.

Amanda, an outstanding bassoon player, will be under the direction of guest conductor Dr. Dennis M. Layendecker. The concert will be on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. at the Daniel Boone High School auditorium.
