Dec. 21: Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to several windows located at the Kutztown Bottling Works, 78 S. Whiteoak St.

Police investigated the report of Theft from Vehicle after an item was reported missing from the vehicle while it was parked at a residence in the 00 block of N. Cedar St.

Dec. 22: Police are investigating the report of a Burglary after an item was reported missing following an incident that occurred at Basin Street Hotel, 42 E. Main St.

Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing from a residence in the 100 block of Normal Ave.

Dec. 23: Police investigated the report of Vandalism to lawn Christmas decorations after they were reported to have been damaged at a residence in the 200 block of Constitution Blvd.

Police arrested Timothy Fenstermacher, 39, of Fleetwood, for Simple Assault and Harassment/Physical Contact following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 200 block of E. Walnut St.

Dec. 25: Police investigated the report of a Burglary after items were reported missing from a residence in the 600 block of Briar Circle South.

Police investigated the report of Drug Abuse following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 600 block of Briar Circle South.

Dec. 29: Police investigated the report of a Burglary after items were reported missing following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of E. Main St.

Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a United States Postal Mailbox and a utility/street light pole located in the 100 block of W. Main St.

Dec. 31: Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a pedestrian crossing sign and a traffic control signal box located at the intersection of W. Main and Noble streets; to a no parking here to corner sign and a utility/street light pole located in the 200 block of W. Main St., and a stop sign located at the intersection of College Boulevard and Briar Circle South.

Jan. 1: After completing their investigation, police arrested Elizabeth Naugle, 22, of Elizabethtown, for Public Drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of W. Main St.

Jan. 2: After completing their investigation, police arrested Brandon Washington, 22, of Rockaway, N.J., for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana following an incident that occurred at Subway, 278 W. Main St.

Police investigated the report of Vandalism to a vehicle after the vehicle was reported to have been damaged while parked at a residence on Alex Ct.

Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 00 block of E. Main St.

Jan. 4: Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a parking sign and a trash container located in the 200 block of W. Main St., to an electrical box and a parking sign located at the intersection of W. Main and S. Whiteoak streets, and to a traffic control signal box located at the intersection of W. Main and S. Whiteoak streets.

Jan. 5: Police investigated the report of Theft from Vehicle after an item was missing from a vehicle while it was parked at a residence in the 200 block of E. Main St.

Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a traffic control sign located at the intersection of W. Walnut and N. Whiteoak streets.

Jan. 6: Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to a Railroad Crossing warning sign located in the 100 block of E. Main Street and to a dumpster located at the rear of Mark’s Sandwich Shop, 123 W. Main St.

Jan. 7: Police are investigating the report of Forgery following an incident that occurred at the K-Town Pub, 257 W. Main St.

Jan. 8: After completing their investigation, police arrested Anthony Battle, 22, of Philadelphia, for Robbery/Threat of Serious Injury and multiple related charges following an incident that occurred on March 30, 2012 at a residence in the 600 block of Briar Circle South.

Jan. 9 to Jan. 13: On Jan. 9 and 10, the Kutztown Borough Police issued 11 traffic citations and 3 warnings for vehicles speeding in a school zone. One operator was also cited for driving with a suspended license. Operators are reminded that on school days between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 2:45 to 4 p.m., the speed limit is 15 miles per hour in a school zone.
