Kutztown Library celebrates Chinese New Year

Families with children ages 3 and older were invited to the Kutztown Community Library on Fe. 9 for a Chinese New Year celebration. Patrons learned about the Chinese New Year and celebrated the Year of the Snake with stories, crafts, and games.
